What is the nearest tube station/train station?

Lyric Hammersmith is a 20-minute Tube ride from Central London, and is in Oyster Card Zone 2. The nearest Tube Station is Hammersmith on the Piccadilly Line, the District Line, the Hammersmith & City and the Circle Line. The theatre is less than 5 minutes walk from the Tube Stations.

Where is the nearest parking to Lyric Hammersmith?

The nearest parking for Lyric Hammersmith is Kings Mall Car Park.

Where can I stay?

There are a number of hotels – ranging in price – in the vicinity of Lyric Hammersmith. Lyric Hammersmith recommends NOVOTEL London West – a 4* hotel with onsite international cuisine, fitness centre, a range of rooms and facilities.

What are the times of the Conference?

Registration and Coffee: 8.45am
Conference: 9.30am – 5.00pm
Post Conference Reception: 5.00pm – 7.00pm

Is there disabled access at Lyric Hammersmith?

Lyric Hammersmith is a fully accessible building. Registered assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue and can either go into the auditorium with their owner or can be looked after whilst sessions are taking place. Should you have any access requirements, please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance. Please note the main plenary sessions for Conference 17 will be captioned.

How do I register for a ticket?

Tickets can be booked via Eventbrite.

Are there any discounts/concessions?

There are Earlybird discounts if you book your ticket before Monday 28 August 2017. After that the standard rates will apply. There are discounts if your company is a Corporate Supporter or you are a Friend of Theatres Trust.

When does the Earlybird discount end?

The Earlybird discount rates are valid until Monday 28 August 2017. After that date the standard rates will apply. We strongly recommend you book early to avoid missing out.

I am a Friend of Theatres Trust – do I get a discount?

Yes, if you are a Friend of Theatres Trust you will get a delegate discount – please contact us for your discount code.

How can I check if my company is a Corporate Supporter of Theatres Trust?

Please check the list of Corporate Supporters on our website.

I am registered disabled – do I get a discount?

There is not a discount for disabled patrons, however carers are offered a free place. Please contact us and a member of the Conference team will be able to assist with your booking.

I am a student – do I get a discount?

There are a number of free student places which have been made available through the generous sponsorship of Aedas Arts Team and ETC. Please contact us for more details.

I am an OAP – do I get a discount?

Sorry, there are no discounts for OAPs.

I can’t pay by credit card – what can I do?

The Eventbrite booking system permits you to pay by credit card or request an invoice. If you are unable to use either of these options to purchase a ticket please contact us and a member of the Conference team will be able to help.

Can I pay via PayPal?

Sorry, you cannot pay via PayPal.

What is the refund policy?

Delegate bookings are non-refundable, however they can be transferred to a colleague at any time. Please contact us to arrange this.

When do I get my ticket?

You will be emailed a ticket when you have completed your purchase via Eventbrite. Please note that if you request an invoice, your ticket will not be secured until payment of that invoice has been made.

When will I receive final joining instructions and my delegate badge?

Your delegate badge will be ready for collection on arrival at Lyric Hammersmith on Tuesday 17 October 2017. You will receive a ‘joining instructions’ email about 2 weeks before the Conference. On Tuesday 17 October registration will begin at 8.45am, ready for the Conference to begin at 9.30am. Please bring your email ticket with you as proof of purchase.

I am a journalist and I would like to interview someone regarding the conference – can you help?

Of course, please contact us and this can be arranged.

I have food intolerances – what about my lunch?

If you have special dietary requirements (apart from vegetarian which is already being catered for) you are invited to let us know as part of your delegate ticket registration process.
