Vacancy: Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator to join our small busy team here at the Theatres Trust.

Theatres Trust is looking for an Administrator who can provide excellent organisational skills across a number of teams: advisory, fundraising and operations. This is an existing opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join an established arts charity at an interesting time.

The position will be lined managed by the General Manager, but will have close working relationships with both Development Director and Planning Adviser. Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Administrative support for operations
  • Administrative support for fundraising
  • Administrative support for advisers: Planning Adviser, Architecture Adviser and Theatres Adviser
  • Event administration and production support for the Theatres Trust’s events
