Finborough Theatre planning application appeal

19th May 2016

Planning Appeal: PP/15/04451

The Trust made a submission to a planning appeal against the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s refusal of the above application for alterations to the building at 118 Finborough Road and conversion of the second and attic floors into three residential units. The Finborough Theatre is located on the first floor of the building. The Theatres Trust objected to the application as we are substantially concerned about the adverse effect the development will have on the long term viability and operation of the Finborough Theatre.
