      <title>Marlowe theatre redevelopment gets the green light </title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Canterbury council&#8217;s development control committee has now approved the &#163;25.2 million plans for a 1,200-seat auditorium at the Marlowe Theatre and a second 150-seat performance space.  The plans went through on an 11 for and two against vote.&lt;/p&gt;
