Manchester's Victoria Baths: Restoration winner 10 years on

Manchester’s Victoria Baths was awarded £3.4m for winning the first series of the BBC show Restoration 10 years ago. There has been considerable work done on the Edwardian building and it is now used for theatre events, arts and weddings.

Community urged to fundraise for Cwmbran Congress

Cwmbran councillors are backing the Congress Theatre’s plan for a £100,000 refurbishment – and ask the community to support it’s frst major refurbishment for the theatre since it opened in 1972. The theatre has an annual running cost of £160,000, which is raised by volunteers, and the refurbishment payment will be on top of this.
