The Jellyfish Theatre by Kobberling and Kaltwasser

In six weeks’ time, the curtains will go up on London’s first fully functioning theatre made from recycled materials. Located in a school playground in Southwark, the Jellyfish Theatre is being rigged up from wooden pallets and discarded materials for which its creators, Berlin architects Martin Kaltwasser and Folke Köbberling, have spent weeks scavenging. Harrogate Theatre stages amazing comeback after funds axe

More people attended Harrogate Theatre during the past year than at any time since the venue opened in 1900, new figures reveal. The theatre saw more than 98,000 patrons take their seats for an eclectic series of shows as box office tills rang up receipts of over £1.1m. Theatre chairman Coun Jim Clark said the achievement was particularly impressive given the straitened economic conditions of the past 12 months.

Cannock's Prince of Wales theatre bar is too small says review
