The City of Westminster Council has consulted The Theatres Trust on the above planning application for the use of the basement, ground and rear first floors as a private members club (sui generis), with dining and part ground (entrance) and first floors in association with a seven bedroom hotel on second to fifth floors to 112 St Martin’s Lane. The Trust’s remit relates directly to any works or impact that affects the Garrick Theatre (which the site adjoins at the rear).
