Harrogate Borough Council has consulted The Theatres Trust on the above listed building consultation proposing refurbishment and alterations to address DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) requirements al the Harrogate Theatre, Oxford Street, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 1PU.
