New home for Croydon Warehouse

The London Borough of Croydon has consulted The Theatres Trust on an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping Report for the mixed use redevelopment of the land immediately West of East Croydon Railway Station. It is currently envisaged that the proposals would include a new location for the Warehouse Theatre (currently located within the Site), c500 residential units, 100,000m2 office space, retail uses, associated parking, landscaping and public realm improvements.

The Theatres Trust has suggested further information to be included in the Environmental Impact Assessment. . Read the Trust’s response.
