The City of Liverpool has consulted The Theatres Trust on the above outline planing application proposing to restore the existing theatre building, and erect a new building at the rear to provide uses including cafe, managed workshops, workshops, training and education facilities and residential studios at the disused Liverpool Park Palace of Varieties, 253 Mill Street, Liverpool, L8 6QN.
