Exploring Theatres teacher downloads
The Theatres Trust has created four National Curriculum linked downloadable resource sheets for teachers to use when preparing study programmes for Key Stage 2, although they can be easily adapted for other Key Stages.
Subjects include Citizenship, Art and design, History and Literacy. Each download introduces the contribution that theatres can make to the topic being studied, including relevent theatre examples and suggestions for classroom based project work.
The Trust also provides a resource sheet on how to plan a theatre visit.
