  • Description
Black and white postcard showing the double façade of the London Pavilion, within a streetscape of Piccadilly Circus in London. The image looks towards the London Pavilion from the west side of the circus, with a restaurant lying on the curved corner between each of the theatre’s identical façades. Columns rise up from a first floor balcony in the centre of each façade, to a central pediment with ‘The London Pavilion’ appearing on its face. Advertising signage is visible on each side amongst various entrances. On the right hand side façade, iron canopies cover main entrances and a sign advertising a show starring Paul Conchas juts out from the balcony.
