  Greetings card with an image on its front cover showing the façade and part of a sidewall of the Camberwell Palace of Varieties, within a streetscape of Denmark Hill in London. The theatre dominates the right hand side of the image, situated on the corner where Denmark Hill meets Orpheus Street. An iron canopy bends round a curved, three-storey, façade, with advertising signage appearing in between entrances at street-level. A short block of text inside the card gives a brief history of the theatre and credits the source of the image (The London Borough of Southwark – John Harvard Library).
