The theatre appears in the foreground on the left hand side of the postcard with its large, arched opening on the first floor dominating the façade. A canopy, bearing the name of the theatre and of the current production ‘Theodora’, covers the main entrance. (This postcard accompanies a photographic copy of a duplicate, #000150.) ‘Wednesday, September 11th 1899’ has been handwritten along the bottom of the postcard.
