The original three-bay rendered front, with the centre bay slightly advanced and a pedimental gable combining the date, 1938, and the name COLISEUM, is set back behind the newer front-of-house facilities that consist of an advanced single storey block with a small canopy over the main entrance. The front wall has descending tiers on the right hand side of the photograph.
