  Black and white photograph showing the façade and sidewall of a Top Rank Bingo Club, formerly the Hippodrome, in Bishop Auckland. Taken from across the road on Railway Street, it shows a three-storey façade in brick with cast stone dressings dominating the right hand side, with the sidewall to the left. There are arched windows on the upper storey with the name ‘Hippodrome’ on a panel below the central and slightly larger window, and the year 1909 on a central gable above. The fly tower is visible in the background.
