  Colour photograph of a view of the North Pier in Blackpool showing the exterior of the North Pier Pavilion. Taken from the beach looking out to sea, it shows the theatre, a large white structure with green dressings (in-keeping with the rest of the pier) at the end of the pier, with a bowed façade, a curved ceiling and windows visible at first floor level above a colonnaded area at the front. Signage across the face of a wide central gable reads ‘Mike Hughes Presents’. Three men are at work completing the signage. The name NORTH PIER is visible on the face of the fly tower in the background.
