It is a white building and its sidewall has three main bays, with the wider central bay slightly advanced and topped by red tablature spelling SPA THEATRE. There is entablature above some windows at second floor level, and a colonnade stretches along the wall at its base. A smaller entrance block is visible on the left hand side, and another block forming the original entrance projects out of the rear of the building on the right.
