Colour photograph showing the façade of St. Nicholas’s Chapel, formerly the Music Hall, in Chester. It is a mid-nineteenth century Gothic façade in three storeys of local red stone, coarsely hewn and weathered, with steps leading up to an advanced entrance at ground floor level. Later additions are visible above and to the right in red brick. The building is occupied by a branch of ‘Superdrug’.
