TBAR 2010: England

The Opera House in Blackpool's Winter Gardens complex In 2010 there are estimated to be around 1,700 theatre buildings in England, 43 of which are Theatre Buildings At Risk.

The list of theatres in England can be viewed below. In each case the theatre name links to the relevant Theatres Database entry.

A PDF is available for some of the most important cases, providing extra information on each case.

Note: Although Hulme Hippodrome and Hulme Playhouse are two separate buildings, and separately listed, their history and architecture are so linked that we have treated them here as a single theatre complex.
