Details

Built as a circus in Pandy Field, with an arena, boxes, stalls and promenade. Became a music hall, then from 1912, a cinéariety theatre. Simple auditorium with one balcony. Shallow stage c.6m (20ft) with low fly tower. Entrance is through a terrace of shops with flats over. Brick, with a series of first floor bay windows. The ground rises steeply behind, with the utilitarian auditorium/stage block at a higher level.
