Details

Opened in 1882 as the Arcade Theatre, closed in 1939 and partially converted for retail use. It is now abandoned, but fragments of the theatre are still present under later fittings. The form of the auditorium is still evident and an ornate twisting staircase in the entrance, together with fragments of plaster decoration, remain.
