  • Description
Colour photograph showing the façade of a nightclub (‘Mustang Sally’s), formerly the Theatre Royal, in Barnsley. It is a three-storey, five-bay stone façade with rusticated, arched entrance doors and pedimented first floor windows. A triangular pediment crowns the building over the three central bays with ‘Theatre Royal’ carved on a scroll in the tympanum. A sign over the nearest doorway bears the name of the nightclub. On the far left of the photograph there is an arched doorway leading down the side of the main building.
