  Colour photograph showing the façade and sidewall of Burnley Mechanics Arts & Entertainment Centre. The five-bay façade dominates the photograph with a sidewall visible to the right containing a central entrance with coupled Corinthian columns. It is an imposing sandstone building in the style of an Italian palazzo with ground floor windows and doors set in a rusticated arcade, and pedimented windows at first floor level with a tripartite window in the centre. There is a rich bracketed cornice above and a small lit canopy bearing the name BURNLEY MECHANICS over the main entrance. A two-bay extension is visible in the background to the left.
