Gary Kemp becomes Theatres Trust Ambassador
We are delighted that former Trustee Gary Kemp will continue to support us as an Ambassador.
Musician and actor Gary Kemp, known for founding the 1980s supergroup Spandau Ballet, was on Theatres Trust’s Board from 2017 to 2023, where he made a fantastic contribution particularly in supporting our fundraising and press work.
Gary Kemp says “We need theatres to remain at the heart of our communities, to tell stories that explain the world and give us a sense of place where we can come together. Being a trustee for Theatres Trust for six years gave me a great deal of satisfaction and pride so I’m delighted to continue to support Theatres Trust in its vital work as an Ambassador.”
We look forward to working with Gary in our role to support theatres to be fit for the future.
