Theatres Trust welcomes Boardroom Apprentice Dave Lamb

We are delighted that Dave Lamb is joining us through the scheme that widens the diversity on boards.

To increase the diversity and breadth of experience of our board, Theatres Trust signed up as Host Board for the Boardroom Apprentice scheme in its pilot year and found it so beneficial that we are taking part again.

We were pleased to be matched with Dave Lamb, who will be joining our board and related committees throughout 2024.

Dave says "I am delighted to be matched with the Theatres Trust as part of the Boardroom Apprentice programme. Social mobility is one of the areas I am most passionate about as I firmly believe that the arts are for everyone. The opportunity to learn and help shape the direction of the Theatres Trust is absolutely fantastic and I feel truly privileged to be part of their important work. I was drawn to the Boardroom Apprentice due to a desire to give something back to my community, but I felt that I had to develop the skills and experience to really offer something valuable in return, and I can't think of a better place to develop these than at Theatres Trust. I've loved getting to know the team and look forward to a rewarding year."
