Variation of condition at Scarborough Open Air Theatre
The Trust supported an application by the Open Air Theatre to vary a planning condition, which retained its annual event cap but enabled them all to be held during summer months.

Retrospective change of use for Penwortham Arts Centre
The Trust supported retrospective permission for the change of use of Penwortham's former library to a community arts centre. The library had been closed before the building was taken on by the town council.

Cinema and theatre proposal for Ashbourne's Elite
The Trust welcomed proposals to revert the Elite in Ashbourne to a cinema with a small stage area for some theatre and live performance. In recent years the building has been used as a restaurant.

Concern at office-residential conversion adjoining Colne's Muni
The Trust submitted concerns on an application for 'Prior Approval' for an office-residential conversion under permitted development as no noise impact study on the adjoining Muni had been undertaken as required, risking conflict with future occupants.

Recording report for bars at West End's Lyric Theatre
Following the granting of listed building consent for bar alterations at the Lyric on Shaftesbury Avenue, a condition of development was the submission of a recording and photographic report. The submitted report met the approval of the Trust.

Beverley's East Riding Theatre to join the 'Elwell Trail'
The Trust supported a proposal to affix a replica artwork by notable local oil painter Frederick Elwell to the front of the theatre as part of a trail of his works around the town.

Extension and improvements at Coventry's Albany Theatre
The Trust welcomed and supported proposals for a front extension and rear infill to expand the theatre's facilities including new studio spaces, and improve its foyer and prominence.

Fire protection works at Harrogate Theatre
The Trust supported proposals for internal alterations and replacements at Harrogate Theatre to allow it to address recommendations from a fire safety report.

Replacement safety curtain at Her Majesty's Theatre
For reasons of safety due to its composition and that it doesn't meet modern standards, the Trust supported the removal and replacement of Her Majesty's Theatre's safety curtain.
