Westminster City Council consulted The Theatres Trust on Conservation Area Consent to redevelop a site bounded by Denman Street, Great Windmill Street, Ham Yard and Smith’s Court which would affect the Piccadilly Theatre and the nearby Apollo Theatre.

The Theatres Trust objected to the application. Read the Trust’s response.
