Outside smoking bay proposals for Colchester Hippodrome

The Theatres Trust was alerted to this planning application at Colchester Borough Council for the formation of a terrace on the existing roof for use by the nightclub at 131 High Street as a designated smoking area.

The Theatres Trust was not consulted but had no objection to the application. Read the Trust’s response.

The application was resubmitted in August, planning application 081420, and the Trust responded as before.
