Seminar: The Frank Matcham Society - Theatres and Music Halls at Risk

26th July 2011

A one day seminar organised by the Frank Matcham Society will examine the plight of theatres and music halls at risk throughout the UK. There will be case studies of recent work at two of our earliest surviving music halls, the City Varieties Leeds and the Britannia Glasgow. In addition to the contributions of those closely associated with these cases, other experts involved in similar projects will speak and will emphasise the importance of engaging local community support.
