New Theatre Cardiff to improve access, circulation and sightlines

Planning and Listed Building Applications:11/02169/DCI and 11/02170/DCI

Cardiff Council has consulted The Theatres Trust on the above planning and listed building applications for improved access for wheel chair users and ambulant disabled people together with improved sightlines to the upper circle seating. The application also proposes the demolition of the existing stair core at auditorium right and the installation of a passenger lift, as well as the remodelling of the floor levels and steps to improve access to The New Theatre.
