We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator and four new Trustees.
Theatres Trust is looking for an Administrator who can provide excellent organisational skills across a number of teams: advisory, fundraising and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join an established arts charity at an interesting time.
The position will be lined managed by the General Manager, but will have close working relationships with both Development Director and Planning Adviser. Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Administrative support for operations
- Administrative support for fundraising
- Administrative support for advisers: Planning Adviser, Architecture Adviser and Theatres Adviser
- Event administration and production support for the Theatres Trust’s events
The role offers the opportunity to work across the whole organisation, but you will work primarily with the General Manager (approximately 2 days a week) to provide general administration support across all areas of the organisation.
In addition you will work with the Development Director (approximately 1 day a week) to monitor and administer the Trust’s memberships and fundraising research , and with the Advisers, to provide admin support for planning consultations and policy responses (approximately 1 day a week).
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, have an outgoing, resilient and conscientious approach to your work and possess proficient IT skills.
