Thanks to our fundraisers

Theatres Trust is enormously grateful to the people who have chosen to raise money for us during the current crisis.

A number of people have contacted us since the lockdown began to offer to raise money on our behalf, which can then be passed onto theatres in crisis:

Billy Stunt Challenge – co-ordinated by Sam Angell, this is a stuntman challenge featuring actors who have all played Billy Elliot

The Dark Theatres Project – photographer Nina Dunn is producing a photobook of the scenes behind closed doors in London Theatres

Save our Theatres 2020 - Clare Prince is doing an online dance schools fundraising drive because theatres are in danger of closing

Walk4TheArts – Gillian Ashcroft is doing a sponsored walk, ending on the day that marks theatres being closed for six months.

Save the Theatre UK 2020 set up a raffle.

Joshua Jones, David Summerfield, and the Rigor Mortis Tortoise Theatre Company ran a 16-hour streamed event for charity, half of the proceeds were donated to Theatres Trust.

Jeremy Harvey undertook a UK coast road trip by motorbike.

Alice Martin organised 'Showtunes', an online fundraising concert.

Jordan Luke took part in JustGiving's 2.6 fundraising challenge.

If you want to raise money on our behalf, all donations are hugely welcome. The best way to do this is to sign up via our Crowdfunder campaign page.
