Accessible Theatres Scheme
In association with the Theatre Development Trust, a new grant scheme to improve access in theatres.
This scheme is for innovative projects that improve the accessibility of professional theatre buildings for audiences and workforces. The projects can be for front of house or back of house improvements. This scheme will fund building works and equipment and applications that demonstrate engagement with disabled user groups as part of the project planning will be scored highly.

Grant recipients
On 5 October 2020 we awarded six theatres a total of £25,000 to make their buildings more inclusive through the Accessible Theatres Scheme. Read about the projects that received funding through this round.
