Theatres Trust awards £60,000 of grants to seven Theatres at Risk

We are delighted to announce the first round of grants awarded through our Resilient Theatres: Resilient Communities programme.

Part of the programme funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, the Pilgrim Trust and Swire Charitable Trust, the grants aim to help progress the restoration, reopening or revitalising of At Risk theatres by funding expert support.

Work funded in this round includes governance reviews, a conditions survey, an audience development strategy, and an oral history project.
