In memory of David Blyth

Theatres Trust is saddened by the news of the death of former Trustee David Blyth.

With a career in theatre and arts entertainment management spanning the commercial and subsidised sectors, David brought a wealth of experience to our Board. He also supported Theatres Trust’s work by providing his expertise to various Advisory Review panels.

David worked for ATG in a number of years, including as Property Director responsible for the company’s property portfolio across the UK, USA and Australia. Following his retirement, David became Chair of the Marina Theatre Trust in Lowestoft, a theatre he cared deeply about.

David is fondly remembered for his kindness and willingness to share his knowledge.
