We are recruiting for two important roles within our small team - Finance Manager (part-time) and People and Operations Coordinator (Maternity Cover).

Finance Manager 


The Finance Manager will support the delivery of Theatres Trust’s strategy, working with the CEO and Head of People, Operations and Finance to create accurate and accessible financial reporting, and provide clear figures to inform budgetary updates. They will work across the staff and shape best practice of financial governance across the organisation. The role is being offered on a part-time basis of 21 hours per week, spread across at least 3 days per week. People and Operations Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

The People and Operations Coordinator will primarily work with the Head of People, Operations and Finance to coordinate day-to-day activities within our office location, support delivery of effective governance, and support key HR procedures.
