Planning permission for replacement of windows and repairs to stonework was supported. The scheme also includes additional accessible WCs.

Planning permission for re-roofing and replacement of skylights with thermally insulated slates for better energy efficiency was supported.

Change of use and extension for hotel at Uxbridge's Regal
Planning permission and listed building consent were provisionally supported for the return to use of the vacant Grade II* listed Regal as an events/banqueting suite, with a rear extension to develop an adjoining hotel.

Listed building consent for various maintenance and repair works including re-roofing was supported. This includes the addition of PV panels to the roof.

Planning permission for further extension at the Mayflower Theatre
Planning permission and listed building consent to construct an infill extension providing further new facilities including an additional accessible WC and a hospitality suite were supported.

Surveys to be undertaken at Buxton Opera House
Listed building consent was supported for the carrying out of refurbishment surveys at Buxton Opera House, involving the removal of small areas of fabric at various locations for investigations.

Temporary Arts Theatre relocation to Marble Arch
Planning permission for a temporary theatre at Marble Arch for a two year period was supported. This will enable Arts Theatre to relocate whilst their current site undergoes redevelopment.

New windows at Prim-Raf Theatre
Planning permission for the installation of windows in place of timber boarding for better thermal efficiency at Prim-Raf Theatre in Callington was supported.

Refurbished and additional WCs at Mayflower Theatre
Listed building consent for refurbishment of existing WCs and the conversion of redundant spaces to create additional facilities was supported.

Planning permission for replacement entry doors and glazing and a new Box Office canopy was supported.

Permanent play equipment at Pitlochry Festival Theatre
Planning permission for installation of permanent play equipment on the theatre's front lawns was supported.

Redevelopment around Derby Theatre
No objection was made to outline permission for redevelopment around Derby Theatre, although retention of the theatre was welcomed as previously it was to be re-provided either on-site or at an alternative location.
