Replacement of restaurant marquee at Woodbridge's Riverside Theatre
The Trust has conditionally supported a permanent structure to replace a current marquee used as part of the Riverside's popular bar and restaurant.

Demolition of former Oldham Grand
An application for demolition under permitted development rights has been submitted for the former Grand Theatre in Oldham. Whilst demolition cannot be prevented, the Trust urged historic recording to be carried out and for other options to be considered.

New entry and small extension at Rich Mix
A new public entry with small extension to the foyer and landscaping works to the rear of Rich Mix in London's East End was supported.

Removal of conditions at Rich Mix
The Trust supported removal of planning conditions limiting activities within the rear service yard at Rich Mix, which will facilitate a new public entry covered by a separate application.

New signage at Bradford's Mind the Gap Studios
Listed building consent for the addition of four banner signs and an illuminated fascia sign at Mind the Gap Studios was supported. The venue is within a Grade II* listed former silk mill.

New signage at Tetbury Goods Shed Arts Centre
The Trust supported advertisement consent for the addition of a new non-illuminated sign with the venue's branding.

Alterations at Shaftesbury Arts Centre
Planning permission and listed building consent for alterations to better integrate the venue's foyer and gallery, and works to its first floor, were supported.

Amended plans for development adjacent to Lighthouse Poole
The Trust supports revisions to plans for a mixed use development adjacent to the theatre. There are now no homes which directly overlook the Lighthouse’s servicing bay and there is much greater separation between residential units and the Lighthouse.

Bury Met to install disabled lift in auditorium
The Trust is supportive of this application, which would improve disabled accessibility within the main auditorium through the installation of a lift to the raised platform.

Live performance use proposed for Chichester Feather & Black
Theatres Trust does not object in principle to the location of the site for live shows and music covering all aspects of performance and celebrity acts, but greater consideration needs to be given to how the building will function.

Demolition proposal for former Theatre Royal in Deal
Although the Trust did not object to the demolition of the former Royal, which was also a cinema and then split into a snooker hall and amusement arcade, we urged options for retention to be explored and evidence its social function is no longer required.

Fresh proposal for Bournemouth's former Odeon/Regent Theatre
Following two previous refused applications for demolition and replacement high-density housing scheme, the Trust again objected to a new partial façade-retaining proposal on the basis of continued lack of evidence cultural use is no longer required.
